The 2ND Annual Trinity River Fiesta® will be a FREE two-day event that will be held in celebration of the 4th of July Holiday. The event will include various family elements and entertainment that will focus on celebrating community unity.
WHEN:
FRIDAY, July, 4th 11:00 am to 11:00 pm – FESTIVAL DAY ONE
Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration – 9:30 pm
SATURDAY, July 5th Noon to 11:00 pm – FESTIVAL DAY TWO
Press Conference tentatively scheduled for the week prior to the main event at City Hall Flag Room.
WHERE:
With the growing Dallas city skyline as a backdrop, the 2nd Annual Trinity River Fiesta® grounds will be in the Historic West End District located in the heart of downtown Dallas. This premier area attracts seven million visitors annually and includes such significant attractions as The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, a Historic Walking Tour, Dallas only Segway Tours of Downtown and more than 100 restaurants, clubs, retail & specialty shops.
WHO:
The Trinity River Fiesta is produced by RAIZ Inc. in partnership with the West End Association and its over one hundred members and partners. The event benefits the West End Charities and Trinity River area non-profits, including Trinity River Mission, La Voz del Anciano, Los Barrios Unidos Community Clinic and many more.
Who participates?
City departments, arts/crafts and cultural organizations, health service organizations, children’s and educational organizations, public entities, literacy and sports youth programs, corporate and consumer sponsors, major media partners, restaurants and many others.
